10 cent 1981 extra dot and die clashed

Die clashed on the reverse of the same coin

Die clashed error happens when the coin dies striking the coin without a  planchet between them. This causes an imprint of each die to be left on the opposing die face resulting an impression of the obverse die is left on the reverse die and vice versa.

Two extra dots in red circle and extra metal  in blue circle on the same coin
