20 cent 1982 (unknown error)

Very interesting error.I really don't know what happened to this coin.I try to look in internet and discussed with my friends but no answer to the story. Partly, the image of the parliament is visible. Anyone knows....?

    Try looking up 'struck through errors' and 'cladding errors'.
